JULIA LIMA (Soprano) , whom The New York Times says «has the right noble temperament for her slow arias», was awarded the 1st prize of the NY District Metropolitan National Council 2011, finalist of the Fritz and Lavinia Jensen Foundation 2012, all-Russian competition «Festos» (the 1st prize),«International Festival of Arts in Yalta» (the 1st prize).She is graduate of the State Musical College named after Gnessins (Russia, Moscow), a master level sport of gymnastics. She made her american debut with the New York Lyric Opera Theatre in the role of Madame Goldentrill. She has appeared as Susanna in an american premiere of «I due Figaro» by S.Mercadante with Amore Opera; the Queen of the Night and the 1st Dame in Mozart's «Die Zauberflöte» with Opera Company of Brooklyn; Armida in baroque inspired opera «Armida» at the Angel Orensanz Foundation.

In season 2012-2013 she made her debut as Rosalinda in «Die Fledermaus» with Knoxville Opera, performed with Dicapo Opera Theater as Catarina Cavalieri in new production «Marrying Mozart», which The Classical Source wrote «was brilliant in 'D'Oreste d'Ajace'(Idomeneo) and 'Martern aller Arten' (Die Entführung aus dem Serail)» and as Nella in «Gianni Schicchi»; returned as Musetta with Amore Opera, whom Broadwayworld said «played the impassioned, volatile role with astonishing power and great musical expertise»
